Compensation is an interesting topic. I never want to have a job where I set and explain compensation to employees. No matter how generous the pay is, people are not satisfied. Thinking about yourself, how do you feel you are being paid? Please share your thoughts.
Right now I am being paid in a fair way. Of course I would like to get even more money, but the wage is not bad at all and I know my workload is smaller as compared to the wage. We also have more promises of increased wages (we had 2 raises last year and 2008 might also bring in some more). I consider it to be good to realize what we actually work and not ask for too much money. It's wonderful to get a high salary, but it's also important to think about how much you really work for this money.
