Hi Rosy. I usually drink buttermilk. method----curd+chilli flakes+salt+ water+ coriander. (sometimes i add chopped cucumber).
Have coconut water,nnongu,watermelon i personally don't know any recipe but will give some tips. have oil bath weekly once this will help u a lot
