Suggestions for Twins birthday party!

Dear ladies pls pour your ideas on this regard.
1.How parent should prepare themselves for this occasion?:hide:
2.How to prepare babies-like type of dress,feeding them etc.,
3.Return gifts
4.two cakes or one? etc., etc.,

We are planning to celebrate in a party hall(Reason:- Not to make the home too messy,also after the party we can relax at home)
Yet to decide the food menu,theme for decoration.

Suggestions pls.

Are they boys, girls or girl-boy?

parents preparation: Depends on how you want the function to be..
Meet few party oragnisers and finalise on one you like.
Decide on the events that you would like to have and ensure the party hall is big enough to have the stalls and bouncer of your choice.
The latest trend is chotabheem theme for boys and barbie/princess theme for girls.
If your twins have any fav cartoon character , then that can be the theme.

Dress both your twins alike or dress them totally different Or you can have the same attire for them in diff colors. If they are fraternal, i think you can dress them alike (even the colors can be same)
Cakes- You can have 2 cakes one next to each other, the elder one cuts first cake and the younger the next cake.

Return gifts are a must: Needs lot o fplanning. Depending on your budget, plan return gifts based on the age of the kids. like 0-1 year, 1-3 years,3-8 yrs, 8-13.

Hi,

My Suggestions:

Wear them same colour dress.
Let it be one big cake with both their names. Provide birthday cap to all children
After the cake cutting, organize games for children of invitees. Conduct some dance prog with them. Let them sing / dance individually if they are interested.
Distribute prizes to all the winners.
For other children gift some items.
Its being a hall, you might have arranged dinner for the invitees.

gift items may be......pencil box, magic pen/pencil, magic box (i got one from china bazar. If you but coin into it, one cannot see it but can see some picture mounted inside it, as it is slanting slide inside the box), soft toys, saving hundi, some key/battery toys, etc.

Regarding return gifts-should it be the same item for all irrespective of their age(age upto 6 yrs will be coming)
to avoid fight between the kids?!

Its ok to have different return gifts for different ages.
My idea of return gifts:
<1 yr - rattles
1-3 Cars
3 to 8 - Coloring book with crayons

I would suggest on decoration and cake. Its would be great if you go for 2 cakes as per what flavor they like. As there will lots of kids at the party to it would be great if you also go for edible fruit and flower arrangements, it would be awesome everyone will enjoy it.
Hope you like this ideas its from my personal experiences.
