One of my friend planted aloe vera here and it died becoz of the climatic condition. And, this is my first time looking for aloe vera as rest of any home made ingredients applying on the face cause cold just becoz of the weather. Will see...

You can get the fresh Aloe vera in Shop rite stores and Garden State Farmers
Market. You peel off the skin and use the gel for face and the body.
It will reduce the body heat (better use it in spring and summer).

 

I too have a long and thick hair. I am 40 years old nd have two sond. I get the time to wash my hair only once a week. I use only baby shampoo. It has suited me well. I would like to hear from any skin expert whether this is good

This is SHILPA.If u r staying in USA then u can get SLEEK Shampoo and conditioner(Matrix company name obtained in orange color bottle) .It smells good not as pungent as panteen.It is good suggestion that u take ur husband to smell the shampoo before using it.This shampoo is good .I am using it since 6 months.By using this shampoo u will get 5X times smootheness to ur hair.
