Suggestion Required!! Help Out Guys

Any suggestions?
Has anyone done or knows about any 'certification courses' from any university or college in Tampa, for which they issue I-20 ? (UCLA provides 10 months certificate course with 1year of OPT). Just wanted to check if there are any such options in Florida?
Also what are the options for people who have done MBA(finance)from India & on H4 here, to get into the job market? i have 3.5 years of experience in Finance, with knowledge of SAP, Visio & m not particularly from IT background. However i am keeping business analyst as a career option, but i dont know hoe should i go about it?
or do u guys have any idea of any consultants who provide training & file H1B visa?
P.S; m new to Florida, n exploring options to get faster employment authorization!!
