Hi Friends, I am staying in Rammurthy Nagar for last 6 months. We are planning to buy a second hand flat in JP Nagar. We want to buy the flat in thickly populated area of JPNagar or Jaya Nagar with all facilities near by. Can you suggest some places in JPnagar or Jaya Nagar or near to that. IF you know any flats for resale please suggest me.
Meena, Are you looking at facilities within the complex (such as pool, gymn etc) or a simple complex will do? Also, whats your budget? You will get many apartments (big and small) in 5th/6th/7th phases. Phase 1 to Phase 4 is mostly independent houses. Phase 8 is still coming up, and phase 9 is still under development. If you are looking at big complexes, Sobha Tulip, Brigade Millenium/Gardenia/Palmsprings, Elita etc. I guess 2bhk is in range of 50L and 3bhk around 75-80 (or even more). Just drive down 24th main road, you will find many smaller apartment complexes as well. On the main ring road, you will find Mantri Elite (4th phase), Nagarjuna (6th phase), and a few more big complexes on the 6th phase Kanakpura road junction (by GR and HM). The prices will be in the higher range. Most of JP nagar till 6th phase is very well developed with Cavery water, hospitals, malls etc (apollo, malthi-manipal, fortis etc within 2kms). Also, lots of restaurants for all budgets within JP nagar and close to Bannerghatta road as well. Good schools such as Brigade, Innisfree, Clarence etc within JP nagar. Hope this helps!
Thanks Pamela My budget is from 30 to 35 lacs inclusive registration. Its not necessary to be big appartment with gym. Decent appartment with car parking, security and power backup is enough. Hope I can get it there. What do you say? Will check with the info you have given. Thanks a lot for providing me lot of info
Hmmm.. it might be a li'l tough to get a 2bhk within 30-35 within developed areas, you might have to stretch till 40 or opt for areas that are coming up (but still within couple of kms of everything)...
Meena, I hope you have got something by now. Incase you are still looking out, I saw an advt of GR Lavender for 32L (2 bhk). It is in JP nagar 7th phase, near LnT and MS Ramaiah south city. You can contact the builder directly for apt pricing. Location is ok and area is developed.
Thanks Pamela. Will check. Waiting for my DH office to shift. We have to decide according to the location of their office. Initially, they said they will be moving to JP nagar. Thanks for keeping my query in mind.
