Hi Friends... Suggestion need about Sarjapur.. Gloria builders.. My childhood friend is seen a flat in sarjapur can any one tell about the place? Is there any IT park near by that area? How about safety? That area is developed or developing? How many Km to city? Very outer? Is there any Railway station near by?
SSSMagic, Can you provide more details about Gloria Builder? Is there a website? I am not aware of this builder, a website may help on past projects. Sarjapur is strategically located close to Outer Ring Road, which has a lot of IT parks/companies, and near developed areas such as HSR layout. Also, there are a lot of apartments/villas etc coming up in this area. Wipro has a corporate office on Sarjapur road, and there have been news about Infosys campus coming upin this area (though not sure how true it is). This area has a lot of new schools coming up and has established International schools as well - hence a lot of NRIs investing in this area. Hope this helps.
