    Hi,
    We are planning to buy an apartment in bangalore.
    Please suggest me good and trustworthy builders/property developers in bangalore.
    I see so many projects in bangalore with 'ready to move' and 'posession by 2016' labels.. Which will be the better one to buy? ready to move or possession by 2016??

    There are many builders in bangalore. It all depends on your budget. There are many property shows happening now and then in the weekends.You will get an idea then. advantages of Possession by 2016: You can choose certain things since it would be in construction phase now. In which area are you looking?

    We own a ready-to-move 3BHK apartment located in Rohan Jharoka which we are planning to sell. Its a beautiful flat with french windows in all the bedrooms and living rooms overlooking into a landscaped garden. It also has A-Khata. Let me know if you need more detaiils.

    Better to look for a plot or Villa, rather than going for a apartment, There are many options in the suburbs.
