Suggest me best and safe skin lightening and oil control cream

    hi
    i am wheat colured girl. but the part which is exposed to sun is dark..and my face is very oily with pimples and marks..help me out with good face cream which is relatively to safe to skin and without harsh chemicals as mentioned above please..thank you :)

    I use Monsia Skincare but I noticed that they have a skin lightening cream on their website and the ingredients listed are shea butter, hyaluronic acid, collagen and it also includes the skin lightening and toning components glycerin, emu oil and aloe vera. I think I've just talked myself into trying it for my age spot!
