Hey Guys, Does any one of you use food thermometer when cooking sweets like Maysore Pak, Chikki, Sheera, or any other mithais? I believe that the 1 strand, 2 strand system in Indian cooking is too general and creates lots of mistakes for new learners, if some one can post recipes with food temperature thermometer reading, it will be very helpful.
