    I have also lost 5 kg based on inputs from Alpha and in the battle of losing 6 more kgs. I am sure I can do it with her support and advice. Keep up the good work dears

    My kid is now 11 and a half months.
    No I am not BF her.
    I reduced in one and a half month.
    Regular ab excersise, three days minimum - gym

    Tanu the key was balanced diet along with excersice.

    nice to see ur effort on reducing ur weight.. great job...
    i want an advice from u.. after my delivery i went back to my asusual weight... and with regular work regained my shape too....but after breast feeding my baby for one yr(now stopped)... lost its previous look.. hope u get my point.. is there any specific exercise or massage to get back as before....

    pls suggest me on it....

    I would suggest from what I am doing. I am eating a balanced diet( now included lots of fruits), drinking warm water and excersice. Try doing ab workout for flat tummy, I have shared the link in this thread and yoga.

    At night for dinner I have a bowl of 6 different varieties of fruits like apple, pear, kiwi, peach, papaya, strawberry/ black berry add dash of pepper and lemon. This is helping me in getting a glowing complexion. We need to make changes in our lifestyle in order to look good.
