Succesfully lost weight thru "Kitchuppa's diet Plan"

    Hi all ,

    Am new to this forum...Went thro the previous posts....I have been overweight 4 the past 4 yrs post delivery ...I need to lose more than 20 kgs ... I am facing a lot of problems,the major 1 being irregular periods...Recently I was told tht I hv PCOD..Though it is not a major cause of worry,it hinders me 2 lose weight...I am fed up of starving/depriving...Could u plz suggest me a realistic way to lose 20 kgs..

    @ cira11 : i agree with ur post...Could u plz enlighten us more on this...Also cud u help me in losing 20 kgs plzzzz...:drowning

    Hello everyone,
    I love this forum and started to follow this plan for the past two days. I am working mom. I started to put on weight after my delivery.
    My height is 5.4
    Weight is 64.5
    I want to loose 7 to 8 kilos to go back to my original shape .
    My weekness is cakes. I don't like choclates and icecreams but I fancy any indian sweet and cakes.
    I have stopped eating sweets for past 2 and I want to continue the same.Kindly motivate me.

    Welcome to this forum. Amongst the various threads, we try to keep each other motivated. There are many seniors who have lost weight successfully and through a healthy lifestyle.

    I did the following;
    Read through various threads in the forum and collected some ideas for myself.

    Then start it slowly and one thing I have learnt is: do not completely shut off any foods you like.
    Just reduce the quantity of intake.
    that way the body slowly comes to an equilibrium

    Hi Akineel,

    Welcome to you too. All the best and glad that you have joined many of us trying to achieve a good health.

    A small advice: try and target 1 pound a week which is realistic for a body to lose.
    That would make it 2 kgs in a month and you should be nearly your target.

    Having shorter target dates help me in staying motivated.

    Hi vahee,
    I'm New to IL. I'm overweight(85kgs) and i saw ur diet plan. I started 2 days ago. I had some doubts. The diet plan works for me until 5 p.m .just tell u what I had for last 2 days . Breakfast: oats ,lunch : 3 chapatis and gravy or raita. 4.00p.m: a cup of coffee. 1 hand ful of moongdal. but after 5p.m i felt more hungry compared to normal days. I don't know what to eat.plz help me. and if we going out at weekends what type of food should i have?
    Plz answer me

    Hello Friends,
    I am new to this thread and I would like to lose weight. My height is 164 cms and weight 73 kgs. I was 72 a week ago and have gained 1kg as I had a lot of sweets. My target is 1 kgs a week. Lose 4 kgs by april 1st.My BMI is 27.4

    I am sure I can stay motivated and exercise and follow the diet plan. Nice
    to meet friends who inspire and motivate people like me to lose weight
    1ST TARGET
    LOSE 1 KG A WEEK
