    Hi
I wanted to know if there is a way to store made chapati. I dont know if I am making sense but I basically want to have the chapati all rolled out and ready to be put in the tawa... so I can just pick it up and put it the next day.

Similar to the store bought chapati's or the frozen ones we get.. how do we get that? Please let me know :drowning

You can visit the site saffronhut dot blogspot dot com. On the right side of the page, under the title 'Freezer Friendly' you can get full details of how to prepare & store, freeze parathas for later use. You will find that useful :)

I used Golden Temple's ready made chapatti few years back. All you need to do is put the ready made chappati in the tawa for few mins and voila its done.

I have frozen various cooked breads like mooli teplas or makai paranthas and then put in the toaster oven on toast cycle in frozen state to revive them. They are fine that way.
