Stop breastfeeding

    Give your toddler plenty of time to eat by herself...and I am talking like an hour. High chairs are very helpful as you can put her in it with some food on the tray and then be cooking or cleaning while she explores her food. She might throw, rub it all over, drop it, smash it....just ignore and don't come running. She is just experimenting with her world (and physics). Clean her up after eating.

    I was only feeding her. I went into depression for few years. Now I am fine by God's grace. My daughters food habits are better now but she still doesn't eat vegetables .
