stomac ulcer

    hi,

    Pls suggest me reg. Home remedy for stomac ulcer. past few days severe pain in my stomac.Doctor told it was ulcer.How can i overcome from this ASAP?

    Is there any home methods for increase HB-hemoglobin level ASAP?

    Hi Oviya.

    Where do u stay in Chennai. In Mylapore near Kapaleeshwar Temple there is one shop by name Lalitha Pharmacy. U get one legiyam called Drakshaadhi Rasayanam. Actually two yrs back my HB also went down to 7. Though I was having allopathy medicines HB was increasing only by .3 - .6 per month. But just one month of this medicine, my HB went up by 4 counts from 8 - 12. This medicine was refered by my hubby's friend. Highly effective. I have suggested to others also who found it very effective. Pl try this. All the best.

    Sorry Oviya I saw ur reply just now. I shall find out from the Pharmacy if the medicine is available in other outlets. U take it for one month and then check ur HB level. It will help tremendously.

    dear Ooviya

    looks like you are not paying attention to your health. not good dear. for stomach ulcer, coconut is the best. include it everyday like a few raw pieces every morning or as chutney without much green chillies and drink cocunut water also. next is dairy products like curd, buttermilk and milk. they help to cool the stomach. in vegetables, onions are very cooling. so you can take raw onion slices or onion pachadi along with lunch. but most importantly eat your food at right time.

    for house remedies for heamoglobin you can try this. everyday morning after taking breakfast eat 4 dates and take 1 glass milk. this should be done everyday. this has cured my anemia, weakness and hair fall problem. i hope it helps you too. next is pomegranate. this is a boon for us ladies. so take atleast 2 pomegranates a week and continue every week. green leafy veggies i.e. keerai are also high in iron. but everyday it is not possible to eat it. so you can try dates and pomegranate. if you are a non-vegetarian, include 1 egg daily.
