Oats is very good for weight loss if consumed regularly ! Preparing pancakes out of it is very healthy and tasty as well! It can be prepared very quickly too! Ingredients Steel cut oats - 1/2 cup Ripe banana - 1 Milk - To grind Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Blend oats, banana and milk in mixer to dosa consistency .Add cardamom powder and mix well. Now prepare pancakes out of the mixture. Fry both the sides. Sugar is not needed as banana itself is sweeter. Can add honey on top of it while serving. For crunchier taste can add some nuts like almonds , pecans etc
