    1.Take plenty of fruits and vegetable salads.
    2.Take food slowly.Do not eat in a hurry.
    3.Keep your mind calm.
    4.Drink jeera added water.It is good for the stomach.
    5.Do not get excited or tense unecessarily.
    6.Self pity,arrogance,selfishness destoys good health.
    7.Your peaceful mind reflects calm face is a must.
    8.Skip sleep in the afternoons.Sleep well in the night.
    9.Walking,skipping,swimming and cycling are good for health.
    10.Fill your hearts with confidence and compassion.
    All these help in keeping mind as well as body healthy.
