    Meal 5- biscuits (emotionational eating L ), gulab jamun
    Meal 6- cucumber salad , 1 tomoatoe
    Water- 1 litre ( very less)

    In short not so good day in terms of exercise and diet. With guest coming over, I am not sure how my diet will be

    I also want to join the weight loss group. I am 60 kgs - 155 cms. Would like to lose 5 -6 kgs permanently in a healthy way and tone my body.

    I would like to read the book of Ms Rujuta which you people are mentioning. Is anybody having a softcopy of this? Can you post it here?
