Starting Rujuta Diwekar's Meal Plan from today onwards.

    Hi Everyone,

    Was looking for a support group to keep on track for the Rujuta Diwekar Meal Plans. I have been on and off it.. but have been able to keep up with few things for last 10 days like eating fruit first thing in the morning.. and trying to eat every 2 hrs. Below is my meal for today till now :

    7:30 Wake Up
    8:00 Banana
    9:00 2 Chapati+Sabzi+Half cup of tea
    11:00 Handful of Peanuts

    Meal 2- 1 glass oats with milk , 2 dosa and sambar
    Meal 3- 1 chappathi with tofu ,capsicum masala , 2 fig
    Meal 4- 1 chapathi , cabbage
    Meal 5- 1 bowl papaya
    Meal 6 – 5 almond , boiled channa
    Meal 7 - 2 chappathi , suid masala
    Meal 8 – 1 guava , 1 banana

    Meal 7 – 2 piece oats jaggery burfi (homemade)

    Water- 4 litre

    Suryanamaskar – 10
    Sit up - 25
    Kapalpathi -300 stroke

    Meal 3- 1/4th cube chees , 1 chapathi
    Meal 4- 1 cup green tea , oats jaggery burfi
    Meal 5- 1 chapathi, egg white, beetroot
    Meal 6- 1 bowl cucumber salad, ¼ apple
    Meal 7-2 banana
    Meal 8 – 2 chappathi, dal , salad, 1 piece oats burfi ( could not resist L)

    Meal 3- 8 almonds and 4 cashew

    Meal 7 – one bounty , one ladoo( guest at home and could not resist)
    Meal 8 - 2 chapathi , soya chilli with capsicum

    …. Too much dinner …. Don’t know why I had so much .

    Meal 3- handful of oven roasted peanut
    Meal 4- 2 chapathi , pumpkin and greengram
    Meal 5- 5 dates

    Meal 7 – broken wheat and veg bisibelle bath
    Meal 8 – 4 biscuits

    I too like to join in your group.

    I tried the RD's meal plan some months ago, but stopped because of laziness after one month vacation from native. Now after seeing this thread I got motivated to be back to RD's meal plan.

    I have avoided drinking tea first in the morning, but now drinking horlicks, soon plan to change it to ragi/kambu kanji with buttermilk according to climate.
