    hi ladies! i have not followed her meal plan for the past 4 days due to irritability, pms etc. will start afresh after vishu. how are u guys doing?

    I LOST 1 kg in less than 2 weeks and I was not even following RD's meal plan properly. Had awedding eve, wedding and party too!
    Just one major change- not waking up to tea/coffee and eating fruit after workout. :)

    Hi,
    I too wanna join in as a first step I wanna replace my first meal(coffee) with a fruit and trying to eat small regular meals every 2hours. Will post the progress here.

    I left it long back- just too lazy as one has to follow the meal plans in advance while following RD's plan. But I'll support u all if u r following it!

    Hi Pman, was active in workout daily thread and shiva's :)

    Had a few almonds and cashew as the first meal.Took boost along with breakfast after working out.

    Forgot about the first meal today...but had breakfast by 7.30.

    Had food in moderation every two hours yesterday.
