Started using this app- My Diet Diary ( with IL post inspiration)

    I started using the app
    My Diet Diary https://play.google.com/sto/apps/details?id=org.medhelp.mydiet&hl=en from yesterday in order to keep track of my daily activity and intake.
    Let me know if using of this ( or similar ) APP had brought about a significant change in your weight loss journey.

    Using this app is having a good impact on my food intake i should say.
    From three days i am being very careful of what and how much i eat and from today i even started my workouts again.kneesmiley
