Sri Ramanuja, the Srivaishnava saint and social Reformer

Dear Radhika,
Ramanuja is blessing his devotees as Archa Murthi only at Srirangam. Before he departed this world his disciples told him that they wanted themselves and their descendants to have his darshan in human form. Then Ramanuja told them to make a statue and he would fulfill their wish by sanctifying the statue himself and would also transfer his jeeva sakthi in that and there will not be any difference to the statue and himself. Accordingly the statue was made and he transferred his jeeva sakthi in the statue.
