Can anybody tell me about the famous Rahu-kethu pooja in Kalahasthi temple please? If u know the procedure kindly tell me............. about the booking etc etc.............. geevee
dear geeve, they do inthis pooja daily.they do this pooja batch by batch. u can go the temple. there is a counter where they sell ticktets for this pooja. two types of tickets are there. one is for 1000 and another is 500 or 700 i do not remember. for 1000 they give preferance and allow few people are allowed in the batch. for this they give you everything including the pradhimai of raghu, kethu. when doing pooja they will give you instructions of how to do the pooja&what todo. but if u do the pooja on sat in the raghukalam it will be good. try to goearlyto avoid standing in q for long time. with regards pad

Hi, I am planning 2 go 2 SriKalahasti this sunday. Can someone help me with the following details. The time for darshan. Someone told me that the temple is open from morning to evening. I remember that b4 marriage, priest asked me to pray tht once I get married I will come back with my husband and offer (I don't remember which one bangles or blouse piece)bonk. What is offered @ the parvati sannidanam? I hav been married 4 2 yrs, couldnt visit srikalahasti, but now v r planning to visit while coming back from Tirupati!

Hi Vinod, Iam really sorry that i cannot be of much help here.I was planning to go to Kalahasthi temple but i got a chance to visit the Nagaraja temple of Nagerkovil & offer my prayers/pooja there.So,this i have postponed for a while.
