Spotting Before Ovulation ????

Well Had a miscarriage of my 2nd pregnancy last month and had my 1st period after miscarriage this month. But between the miscarriage and period time, I did spot for 3 days. the spotting was very faint and would appear on the towel paper when I wiped myself. The Doctor's said it could be a sign that i might get my period anytime. But after that spotting i got my periods like 15 days after.

Now today again I see some spotting, when I wipe myself and also did see some in my underwear. I am not sure what is going on. But if I do my calculation then this spotting has been appearing around and before the time of my OVULATION.
Could I be getting Ovulation Spotting ???

But all my life I never had any kind of spotting right before my periods. Could this be due to the Miscarriage that I had ??
So is my Ovulation being affected in some way ? Has anybody experienced this ?

Also, another interesting factor I would like to state is, this has happened when my DH and I get intimate. We only do external love but have never gotten inside after my miscarriage, coz I am too scared yet.
Last month when we got intimate, I spotted. Day before yesterday we got intimate and I am spotting today.

I am getting confused if the spotting is due to Ovulation or due to we getting intimate :spin. But intimacy was ONLY EXTERNAL :bonk

Please help me out on what I should do next. I am scared if this will affect me getting pregnant :hide:
