Hello Friends, Hope you all do good. This is the same old issue that we all ladies have (some dont)......the extra pounds we put on after coming to this place. I honestly tried all means to reduce those extra kgs but nothing worked. I reduced my food which ended up in eating more at the end of the day, which is not good. I tried walking but there was no result..... Now I got an idea... I know some of you must be travelling in the same boat.... So why dont we indulge in some kind of sports....tennis, basket ball, swimming or any kind....which will help us to get back into shape. I feel that if we join and form a group who have the same interest like mine....all of us will benefit to keep fit. It is just the motivation we get from eachother. Yes...you may think of gym or any fittness center but again why should we spend so much when we have beautiful parks here. So friends.....pls if anyone feels positive about this...pls reply me. We can fix a particular time and day where we can spend 2hrs for sports. It can be twice a week to start with...The venue can be mamzar park, creek park or any other place which will be convinient for all of us. Hope you all support this fittness programme.
