I am merely adding my thoughts in acknowledgment and agreement to this tweet. Taking responsibility for our failures is also a show of leadership. It is the toughest thing to do and usually our ego prevents it. But once we begin taking responsibility for our failures instead of blaming others, it is so liberating. I speak from experience.
