Dear Madam Chitra,

One cannot go without appreciating your job in IL. Really your work cannot be explained its simply marvellous:clap . Now a days more than childern people have forgotten to tell at least small mantras and show their gratituted towards god.

A person like you should always be there in every house so that good guidance, suggestions are given at right time and with right cause. These slokas are really helpful.

Once again thanks a lot for your guidance and expect more guidance, help, suggestions from you to our childerns.

These were the very first ones, I learnt from my Thatha, as a kid. I still preserve that notebook for nostalgia. Eventhough I learned many more as I grew up, these are always fresh in my mind ! So please go ahead & teach your GD !

My dear Vandhana !

Thankyou very much for the feed back.
I am very happy that Vidyasarada has already added a few.
In this thread, I plan to give only very simple shlokas which are easy to learn & chant, for small kids.
I am right now drafting a thread - Daily Shlokas for every action through the day. That will be more suitable for grown ups, who can keep them as tha basic minimum chanting per day. Over & above, one can chant anything extra.

Dear Chitra,

Very easy to learn simple slokas. All the deities (and much more) that is there in my poojai table,has been covered in your simple slokams list...Whenever I cannot devote time for detailed chanting, this list will be very useful to chant simple sloka for each deity !

My husband has already completed learning one set of simple slokas for all deities, I have told him I will prepare him the next set. This could be used for new learning and chanting purpose for him from now on..thanks a lot !
