Some Ayurvedic Remedy For Eczema

Namaste everyone,

I'm looking for some ayurvedic or natural remedy for eczema. I have had eczema all my life but now that it is winter here in the USA, the air is cold and dries out my skin. That makes my eczema worse and now I'm seeing the patches return. I was wondering if anyone else has some ideas? Thanks in advance.

sometimes I do get eczema.I try avoiding soaps during eczema and I just use coconut oil to clean my face.Rosehip oil works wonder on eczema.after a bath, I apply this oil on my patches.I mix banana or avocado with honey and olive oil and apply it which makes my skin better.I use a hydrating serum, moisturizer, and butter on my skin often during cold days.I use a humidifier as well.try these.Hope this makes your skin better.
