    Hey Ladies,

I was searching a good option to eat after dinner before sleeping to satisfy my hunger and that should be low calorie of course... Once I thought about yoghurt.... But few people say... We should not eat yoghurt at night and second 1/2 cup yoghurt will not be enough to satisfy me all d night....

But Hurrah..... both are not right....

We can have yoghurt at night and low fat 1/2 cup yoghurt will fill you for all night and this is 50-60 calorie like we eat 2 biscuits...

to check if yoghurt is right or not i found this...

Guess low-fat yogurt or yogurt made of slim milk will be a better option to keep the calorie count low.. :)
