    Hi
Celebreties often beam with joy while climbing up the ladder of success and owe everything to the public, the viewers, the fans.Sharukh is everyone's favourite and he has told smoking is "creative freedom"!!!!!!!!!
Doesn't he know that he is the teenagers' favourite and and IF he wishes, he can bring about a good change and healthy generation?
I remember MGR's principle not to smoke or drink even in his scenes keeping the youth in mind.
    :hatsoffto him!:hatsoff
What do you think, ladies?Don't celebrities have social responsibilities?
    Love

When somebody is in limelight all the time ,it should be more the effort to make a good impression to people around. And for Shah Rukh he is adored by almost anyone asked. In a way ,I should say i am impressed by Aamir Khan. When the time came,he did quit and supports anything he feels is right even though he maybe the first to do it.

    Yes chocolate.
    Congrats to Aamir!
Whether it is to impress someone or taken as a principle, such steps need to be appreciated. Some younsters blindly follow their hero.It will be a good gesture if Rajani and others too take more care reg smoking and drinking in scenes.

It will do our society a lot of good if the celebrities from any field realized that being a celebrity also mandates a certain amount of social responsibility, be it either how they carry themselves in films, public places or even endorsing products. They have the capacity to influence a large portion of the population and that should always be borne in mind, and they should be prepared to make small sacrifices on their part like quitting smoking, etc.

    Why stop at smoking?
We have celebrities from other countries, opening orphanages, sponsoring education for children. I know of many people who have taken on the responsiblities of street children in Goa and are helping them out.
What do our celebrities do? Well, if they do, like Salman then they need to do more and if all of them did a little bit it would work out to a lot,
A school in each village, drinking water, ngos teaching people the benefits of hygiene, smaller families, etc.,
We have the richest people in the world living in India, and they would hardly notice the loss if they decided to use some of the money to educate their countrymen, in fact it would help India to get ahead.
