Hi, I have been working from home (WFH) for a number of years now, and countless people have been asking me about it. Let me tell you that what women don't realise are pitfalls or short comings of WFH. Every job has its benefits and drawbacks, and so has WFH options. I feel its important for women in WFH to discuss their personal experiences and problems faced so as to give an idea to women interested in WFH options.
