This is not for hurting you Manjula, I have not interacted with you all these days, but have gone through your posts. You have a frank way , similar to mine , to say what is in your mind. I admire that.

But, atleast you had the courage to come up and say that you were in the wrong. Some have admitted to having 3-4 id's and using them for various purposes.
One should have the courage to come out in the open and say what is in their mind. Why hide behind another Id??

There is no need for privacy in a forum like this. If you want to answer a thread you answer, if you don't want, you keep quiet. That's my policy.

This thread has given me another opportunity to confirm what I already knew. I am glad to be associated with such genuine and thinking women here. ( of course, the few men included too!)

I am not against anyone having more than one id, but when it comes to the same person posting different views in a single thread, I feel that his or her whole identity is lost.

As Kamla says, I too have learnt a new dimension about multiple IDs from the posts here. When a member posts conflicting ideas, it does show a conflict in thinking.

I have a similar grouse about new IDs acquired at the beginning of every month for a contest. Why can't members write in their own name, win or lose?

But both these points- after all is said and debated- can only be said and nothing more. Beacuse members are well within rights to acquire multiple IDs, post conflicting views on same topics, post flattering remarks about themselves and their friends, debunk their non-friends, enter contests, win repeatedly. None of this is wrong on any plane.

I can rave and rant over this, but the thing is this will not change.

i too like others personally feel that u should not be quiting.i have very schedule as well.Sometimes i feel very guilty these that i do not spend much time my new found friends. i want to stay in and help. In my hour of trauma my new found friends mails has really pepped me up. i take time to share my thoughts .it is really wonderful. do not leave this wonderful circle.
