My husband is having Snoring problem.
How it can be resolved?
Pls consult a Pulmonologist or your family doc. He could guide u further. But do take some treatment. Snoring is a kind of warning we get from our body. It could me some minor problem. But do take action nevertheless.
ask him to do yoga
Even my husband has this problem, due to which i could not sleep properly and recently started sleeping in another room :drowning.
I asked him to visit a doctor but he finds it embarrassing and promised that he will start exercise but till now nothing :rant
Can someone suggest me some home remedy or nasal spray which can help.
Ya , same here. he promise everytime but dosnt continue.
me too sleeps in another room
I have seen if he does yoga, snoring is reduced but he doesn't continue yoga.
will try some nasal saline drops.
lets see how it goes.
I was telling him the same that it is not good for health..
Snoring is very common in men/women( Mostly Men). 99% of the people don't even know that they snore in their sleep. Try the Nasal strips you get at CVS or Walgreens or Walmart or any other stores( Breathe Right)

If you suffer mild or occasional snoring, wake up feeling refreshed, and function well during the day may first try behavioral remedies, before consulting your doctor.
Avoiding sleeping pills before bedtime, establishing regular sleeping patterns and try sleeping on your side rather than your back can help you cope up with snoring.
Looks like the 'husband community' is the much affected ones when it comes to snoring. My hubs too have the same problem. My little ones tell to the father everyday before going to bed is "Acha, please don't 'make' big sound". I think i shud ask him to do the yoga recommended by mimur9.
I am really glad that you haven't given upon on your husband, according to surveys, 30% of relationship fails due to snoring problems. I was a snorer too, my wife has suggested me to consult a doctor & according to him, I was suffering from mild sleep apnea. Specially thanks to wife for backing me up, tried some home remedies and anti snoring devices from Asonor that really helped me to overcome with the snoring problems.
