Hi i too am from Oman.... my son's school has smart board. as per what he has told me (he is in class III) smart board is used in their class as: 1.Its connected to a projector that is placed at a height .Also its connected to a computer that is placed inside the teacher's table 2. teacher can write with a 'white-board marker; special pens meant for smart board.We need the smart board eraser 3.the smart board screen too works as a touch-screen for the computer :idea
