Small white spots on Fridge...Pls suggest

Ladies..

Of late, I have noticed several small white spots here and there on my fridge door...When you look at it, it looks like splattered dosa batter. But when i tried to remove it, it just does not seem to fade...I dont think this is caused by any batter. I dont know what caused it. I have used cleaning solutions including domex on it with sponge, clothes etc. I am hesitant to use Scotch Brite scrub (the green color one), becos it may cause scratches.

Has anyone had this problem? Anybody knows how to remove these stains...? Kindly help me.
