Slim down - the three month challenge

    Hello friends.. nice to see you all for making an attempt to stay healthy and fit

    I am unable to post.. somehow made to this after many attempts....

    So will reply to every one once the site is back to normal.

    My updates since last too weeks is just walking... not LS, but actual.

    Daily 1+ mile.

    Did not have time for other exercise.. but am doing stair climbings upwards many floors

    HI All,

    I would like to join with you for slimming down my self....

    I am grading as in IL and i reduced nearly 2.5 kgs .

    Things followed:
    No Fried items...
    Water more
    Exercise 20 mins must (i m doing yoga regularly) but i cant walk continously.

    Honey+lemon
    green tea
    Morning - kanji (raghi or kollu or wheat rava...)
    mid morning - fruit or 4 marie biscuit or rarely 1/4 cup tea
    lunch - Brown rice + veggies (i am using basmathi brown rice ...is that ok?)
    evening - 1 cup sundal or 1 fruit + green tea
    night - 1 cupt sundal + fruits (apple or orange)..if still hungry will have normal milk + womens horlicks (without sugar)

    MY start weight - 85 kgs this month..current weight - 82.5 kgs...

    I have PCOD and i am trying to conceive too...

    2.25 miles walk


    Leg workout
    2 X 20 squats
    2 X 30 lunges [30 each side]
    2 X 30 second wall sit
    2 X 20 calf raises
    2 X 20 jumping jack


    2 X 20 biceps curl [with 5 lb weight]

    5 feb - just 1 mile walk and light exercise..... total of around 30 min for both


    6 feb - 1 mile LS only :-(

    I never ever start my day with out BF, because it's main source of food that body gets in when it is hunger. It helps in control of blood sugar and weight check too.
