    Feb 1st - 2 mile LS walk

    Feb 2nd - 15 min exercise + 1 mile LS walk

    Feb 3rd - 1 mile walk only :-(

    PD 1 mile isn't bad...it's something naa...something is better than nothing! keep moving :) and keep it up...

    my update

    2nd feb: did nothing as such, just 15 min random workout before sleeping...some abs, squats..bicep curls..that's all...

    3rd Feb: 3.25 miles in 47 mins on treadmill, 50 jumping jacks

    my update:

    morning : 3 idly and 1 apple
    afternoon : rice
    evening : 1 cup karamani sundal
    night: 2 chapathi and bowl of fruits

    exercise:

    10 mins skipping and 1 hour body
    pump class in gym

    No specific time and all PD...Take it as a morning/evening dring or mid morning drink...you can have it any time.....
