    15 min abs workout .... :shaking: seriously how do you all do it... I just try to do that but just after 5-6 sets.. I am like ... Witsend

    arey it's not difficult...start slowly...like choose 3 exercises ...(sit ups, bicycle crunch, heel touch, oblique crunches, reverse crunches etc etc) and do 2 sets of 10 reps each...do this alternate day for a week...and then you will get used to it.. you can then increase the reps and try different workouts!

    but honestly speaking PD...nothing better than intense cardio for that belly fat...these crunches n are all fine for toning..but for that first the fat needs to go..and it doesn't go by walking sadly...so do some high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week...like aerobics, zumba, running, spinning etc etc.

    You can start with fitness blender 10min workouts, they are easy to follow and will get into pace..

    Like this we have upper body/lower body workouts with r without dumbbells...

    For swelling, please visit doc asap dear, one of my friend had similar exp and diagnosed with thyroid...

    I had lost 5kgs, had a miscarriage and have put on 8kgs.

    But what i did to loose that 5kgs was.. Heavy breakfast, mild lunch,
    Dinner was just Fruits or salads or soups or oats dosa or upma..
    And 1 hr of moderate walking....

    i had the same issue and was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. you might not have it, but better to check.

    Hi every one....I would like to lose my weight 40 pounds in 2 months. going to india for my brother wedding after 4 years. seriously want to lose my weight.
    My starting weight : 162 pounds
    My current weight :
    My target weight : 122 pounds
    Feb 1st :
    Gym : 500 cals
    water : 1liter.

    Hi everyone....:)

    My starting weight jan 25th - 162pounds
    My current weight feb 2nd - 157 pounds.
    just checked my weight and lost 5 pounds in 1 week. Iam soo happy now.
    My next target feb 8th - 5 pounds.
