Sleeping Position During Pregnancy

Hi sister...gerd means gastro esophageal reflux disease....measn there is a valve between foodpipe and stomach which shud close after we swallow...but inmy case that muscle is weak...so it doesn't close and stomach contents stomach acid returns back to foodpipe throat lungs damages those parts...that acid is very strong hope u know hcl of chemistry lab...that acid is so much strong and it damages foodpipe causing heartburn more symptoms ...voice damage...cough ...irritating throat...so many also I feel like food is still in chest even after 3 hrs...i feel burping and foodsmell from inside while burping...
