Skipping breakfast - the good and the bad?

    Varshini,

    The meaning of Breakfast is Breaking the fast that u held the whole night.So eating the breakfast gives the essential fuel for the body and boost the energy to keep it going the whole day.It need not be a heavy one ask ur hubby to eat some healthy stuff like fruits and granola bars that is easy to eat on the go.

    Infact sometime back i watched on Tv that kids who ate breakfast performed well than the others who didnot.Nomatter u r a kid or an adult breakfast is the must.

    it is not gud to skip breakfast in the mornin coz breakfast kick starts ur system for the whole day....also dieticians and nutritionists advice everyone to have a healthy breakfast with cereals or a bowl of fruits,a glass of milk or juice.and kamla ur quote says it all!!!!

    Hi,
    it is never adviceable to skip breakfast word itself says to break the fast after 8 hrs of night sleep. we take it very lightly and skip bfast for dieting purpose or in rush. Actually skipping bkfast leads to the formation of uric acid which leads to joints pain and makes us restless. So have dinner early so that u feel to have bkfast in morning.
