--- take 2 Tsp of apple cidar vinegar in 1 cup of water. sip slowly

--- take steam 2 times

--- do jal neti

 

Also do anulom, vilom everyday for 10 min.

If u want med, go for homeopathy not allopathy.

all the above said ones are very very beneficial.

 

my vote is for Homeopathy.... i too had the same prob along with wheezing too... but after taking for 4 years continuous medicines.. no sinus & wheezing now... homeopathy will have slow processs but permanent remedy will b sure if u follow the apt instructions by doc... all the best...
