side-effects/care for BCG vaccine

    hi all,

    my LO was given the BCG when she was 3 weeks old. but only now (she is almost 3 months) its showing up..

    my question is - what are the side effects once the BCG shows up? also, any special care should be taken? as in - anything to be avoided or administered??

    request ladies to throw some light..

    Congrats. You remember me. I answered your query in the last weeks of your pregnancy. What are the side effects? Is there pus/ water oozing out? Its normal and will settle down in sometime.
