White Sauce Carrot 1 Peas 1 table spoon Beans 10 - 12 Onion 1 (Big) Green Chilly 2 - 3 Garlic 4 flakes Butter 2 spoon Maida 1 spoon Milk 1 cup Salt Cheese 2 piece (optional) Cut all the vegetables in to small pieces and cook them. Cut onion, garlic and green chilies in to small fine pieces and fry them in butter Then add Maida also in that and stir continuously Add salt and milk. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add cooked vegetables and mix. Bring it to a boil and remove from the fire. You can prepare this as side dish for puri or chapatti or fill this 'filling' to makesandwich.
