    Recipies

I want to give here some recipies. I am not an expert like Chitvish or Krishnamma but felt like giving some recipies. Might be u all must have already tried these receipies.

    1. Onion and Tomato Chutney

Put oil in a Kadai. First put rai, when it crackles add green chilli, ginger and onions. When the onions become brown add tomatoesand fry again till both get cooked. Then add coriander leaves and kadi patha. After it is cooled grind the above. Then again heat it.

    2. Karela Bhaji

Cut karela fine . Deep fry the karela in oil. After it becomes red take out the karela. Then grind onions, tomatoes, kadi patta, green chilli, amd ginger and coriander leaves. After its grinded. Put oil in a kadai and fry the grounded paste. Then add karela.

Give to the world the best u have and the best will come back to u
