Should We Delay Vaccines If Doctor Suspects Seizures Or Even Otherwise ?

My son is 21/2 yr old. We gave him all his vaccines but wanted to delay MMR and ChickenPox. Now we want to get him into Day Care but they need all the vaccines. With new California law, philiosphical\religious exemptions have been removed.

- Looks like we can't put him into day care or preschool unless we give him these vaccines ?.


- He lately started showing speech issues where neurologist suspects seizures and has requested EEG. Is it still ok to give him these shots OR the shots can worse his seizures ?(if he has them)

- Does risk of giving these vaccines decrease with age, where after certain age its more safe (I am asking based on cases reported by parents) ?

- Worst case if we decide to give him these vaccines, can we take any precautions to reduce the risk level like gap between 2 vaccines OR delaying them further ?
