Hi Ilites, I have an offer letter from both Cognizant and Accenture.I have three years experience. Kindly advice which one to join as I am very much confused.Both advantages and disadvantages of both companies would be appreciated. Thanks.

They have highest rate of growth from last 4 quarters. --> Accenture will have onsite opportunities more. --> The working standards in Accenture is good since the roots are from MNC's/abroad. --> The work life balance is good in CTS compared to Accenture. Finally, the driving factor is work, your relocation group, technology, Your manager and compensation will drive to choose the company. --> If you have bonus part in your CTC, check out, which company will give 100% irrespective of the market if you want to stay in same company for longer duration. It doesn't matter for 3-4 yrs experience. --> Even though CTC is same, check out the Take home salary and compare. --> Check out the HR policies . If you want onsite opportunities, join Accenture..You can check with CTS...Strike rate in Accenture is more....Best Of Luck. Thanks ..
I have worked with both. Both have perfect work culture! However, its your priorities that should decide you joining the organizations. Consider your long term plans like: 1. Your skill, the opportunities you get 2. Your learning curve 3. Long term goal 4. Location preferences 5. Company doing good in the shares does mean that you might expect good hike, however, in no way its related to how your job or role would be there. All the other things you might have to focus on were already said.
