He probably sees an angel(s) I won't be surprised if he has visions in the future. He probably has already and cannot distinguish between the vision and his present. We are God's children before we are our parents so in a sense he's right :)
As he gets older he'll realize what's what. :) Don't overthink it.
Kids are pure they will see things that adults can't see.

Rakhii, start with something grounded and basic with no far-stretched speculation:

    Step 1:

When your kid asks you to take to his other mommy and the other house, casually inquire his dreams.
Can he talk you through any recent dream he had?
Was he articulate and vivid about his dream?
Ask him how he distinguishes dreams from reality?
When he wakes up, does he understand the concept of a dream.

He is an almost 3-year-old. Usually kids tend to outgrow dream memory with real memory from three onward.

However, few kids have extremely vivid dreams and they confuse that with reality. When such lucid dreams intrude into real memory, it confuses the kid. Check with him if he understands dreams, not necessarily nightmares, then probe his graphical dreams whether he has exceptionally bright memory of it. First, start with his formative sentience to distinguish dreams from reality.

    Step 2:

Probe on dreams (recurring themes), hallucinations (also common in kids), episodic memory (his friend's birthday, or family celebration) and his grasp to discriminate one from the other.

:hello:It was later afternoon, sweltering hot at around 42degrees C.
Under thatched tent in front of patio entire family with guests was in deep slumber.
A boy was also sleeping on floor along with them.
His mother with half eyes shut was just getting up.

With closed eyes, the boy rolled on one side, raising his arm with stretched palm shouting something unintelligible and bashed up the floor repeatedly.
All woke up chaotically, while mother in utter confusion gathered the boy in her forearms wondering what could have happened.

After extensive discussion and analysis, someone remembered that when they were all awake, the boy had seen a large spider moving zig zag on the floor and then on the wall .

His attempts to extinguish its life ended futile.

In His reverie he saw, its movement on the floor and he was trying to trounce it.
Hazard a guess who could be the boy!.?
    Thanks
    Regards.
God Bless Us & infants from spiders male and female.

I want to believe its made up.
I am not sure if I believe in reincarnation. If I am doing anything, its only to please my favourite aunt. Thank you though :)

I can understand how You as a mother feel. We have given responses as lay people based on our experience and observations. We may be totally off the mark also so please don't worry. Your paediatrician would be the right person to guide you. Whatever is the diagnosis, approach with an open mind, everything will be okay. All the Best.
