Hello girls!

Today i completed (hopefully ) my shopping and started packing .These are the few addons to my list
1)Onenies to baby
2) Training pants
3) cake mix
4) some more dresses
5) some baby shoes and watch
6) chocolates
7) Baby Bag -- to carry in the flight along with baby items
8) Tailoringscissors
9) Corningware bowls - 2 nos

Thank your so very much both for your contributions as well as your wishes ! It was great fun interacting with You, Vandana and Kamla. Radha, i will act be going to walmart on Thursday to buy last minute items like -- weighing machine,medicines and diaper for baby etc. So u can tell me if you have anything in mind. Gift ideas

Hi,

We are planning to go to India very soon. Please give me some gift ideas below $20-30. I have to give gifts to cousins under the age 20 years and grand mother and father......and aunty/uncle under the age of 40.

So please give me some tips depending on the age. One more thing.......I am curious to know what will u guys take to India when u going back besides expensive electronic things.

Last month we went to India. We took some nice not very expensive jackets, chocolate (obviously), cosmetics including body lotion, body mositurizer a whole package. U can buy some good jeans too, some inexpensive games like remote controller car etc.

 

Gifts to India

U said u r going to Inida for vacation..

As u asked, let me give some ideas about gifts.

For boys under 20 u can give them Hooded Fleece, T-shirts,Jeans
For ladies & girls Hand bags, Cosmetics like creams, good Branded lip sticks,Kitchen small..small apliances.. Some make up things like that.

If any one is from IT side studying or Doing jobs or who ever uses computer dialy for job purpose, FLASH DRIVE u can give them.

For grand paretns Cordless phone,good quality Sweaters& scarfs u can give them,it will be very useful for them, if they already have that then i think better to buy in Inida.
I am still thinking ..what u can give in 20-30$.
Bcz we live in East coast here in 20-30 $ we will get lot of things.
I heard CA is costly place. so i am telling in ur Budget
If i get some ideas later i will post

photo frames,photo albums,also u'll get nice perfumes ,makeup items,in Aiport dutyfree shop,anyway u'll b going 3 hrs b4,so u have plenty of time to shop,without baggage,only cabbin baggage will b with u.
for elders,u can buy small mp3cd player,it won't cost u much. for boys ipod.
