I am sure she has dozens of nurses and nannies to look after her baby...normally movie stars focuson losing weight and training after deliveries and jump back only after a few months to do movies, have heard even Lara Dutta is starting shooting soon.

Just a few days back Abhishek mentioned in an interview that baby Aaradhya is not for showcasing. I mean, come on...surely thats not what the fans mean!

It is indeed Shilpa's baby, and I feel he looks very much like his dad Raj Kundra. And I don't think she is dying for publicity like AB.

And did you guys see Celina Jaitely's baby pics? They are named Winston and Viraaj, very cute.
