    Easy fish curry:

Wash fish well with salt and keep aside. Heat oil and fry lots of chopped onions and green chillies as required. Then add good amount of ginger garlic paste and fry. Next goes fresh coconut paste.

Now add all the powders, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Let it cook to a thick gravy.

Now add the fish pieces, water as required and bunch of coriander leaves.

Don't use a spoon, instead shake the vessel as the fish will break. Cover and cook on medium till fish is cooked and oil separates. Occasionally shake the vessel to check if fish sticks to the bottom. This cooks very fast. :)

Thif is my style of fish gravy.

Roast fish as I posted here.

    http://www.indusladies.com/forums/nonvegetarian-kitchen/178289-fish-fry-doubts-3.html

In a flat bottomed kadai, add few garlic flakes, curryleaves, finely chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicums.Onion and tomato equal measurement .Capsicum,a little.Add red chilli powder ,turmeric with salt.Saute well.Donot add water. When this becomes dry, and the raw smell goes away, add the fried fishes.Simmer ,toss the fish once carefully.

This suits sambhar sadam, rasam, curd, fish kuzhambhu, idli ,dosa..You can also mix some white rice with the gravy .

    Dear Friends,

I tried Mint chicken last week.

Just wash chicken pieces, and keep it in a kadai without putting oil. Add salt , Cover it and cook nicely.
Mean time grind a hand full of Mint leaves, garlic pods and green chilli(As per your requirement).
When the chicken is cooked and dried up add the Mint Mix.. Cook again for 5-10 Minutes..
Healthy chicken is ready to eat ...

    Palak Chicken:

Clean and marinate chicken in curd. Boil spinach and grind.

Fry chopped onions and green chillies. Then fry ginger garlic paste and add tomato paste. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Now add the spinach paste.

Lastly add chicken and cook on medium till the meat is tender and oil separates.

Boiled Egg tomato curry when you dont have time to boil eggs:

Some times we dont find time to boil and peal off egg to make regular egg tomato curry.
By that time, temper oil add mustered seeds, jeera, choped onions and tomatos once they are soft break the eggs and pour in the curry, dont mix it with the curry. let it be like that for 2 mnts and turn the egg yoke to other side carefully.. add chilly, coriander and garam masala powders and salt to it..It will be more tasty and takes less time even.. May be somany of you know this, posting for the learning people.. :D

    Breaded Fish:

Mix sufficiant chilli powder, Garam masala, slat, tomato puri or lemon juce, A little corn flore, Ginger garlic paste. Mallet the fish and leave it for 1 hr.
Fry it like toasting the bread with a little oil spearding around the fish peice.
If you want the masala to stay on fish you can spread suji rava in a plate and put the fish with masala in that plate so that the rava will cover all over the fish, then fry it.
For each fish peice it will take 5 to 10 mnts to cook.
